We have an exciting opportunity to join #TeamEMR as a Night Shift Carriage Cleaner at Eastcroft Depot, Nottingham.

Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor and Cleaning Manager, you will:

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness across EMR's carriages, using specialised equipment and utilising appropriate chemicals as needed
• Collaborate within a team to ensure timely preparation of carriages for daily service.
• Ensure excellent customer service is maintained through quality of work
• Uphold exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality work and adhere to all health and safety standards

Please note this role includes night shifts.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must be:

• Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers in their journeys through meeting high quality cleaning standards.
• Passionate about working in a team and take pride in supporting your colleagues to present our trains the right way, safely every day.

Ideally, you should have previously worked in a pressurised and demanding environment. Knowledge of health and safety requirements, including COSHH, is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
