We&rsquo;re therefore taking positive steps to promote a positive and inclusive culture; we welcome applications from those that identify with these groups to better represent our communities.</p><p>We have an exciting opportunity to join <strong>#TeamEMR&nbsp;</strong>as a Site Services Team Leader at Etches Park, Derby.</p><p><strong>About the r</strong><strong>ole</strong></p><p id="isPasted">The Site Services Team Leader will lead the team responsible for plant, equipment and buildings management, repair and refurbishment programmes as dictated by the Site Services Manager.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The Site Services Team Leader will:</p><ul type="disc"><li>Control all aspects of the Plant &amp; Machinery team, ensuring all statutory, mandatory and safety legislation is met.</li><li>Assist with the supervision of contractors on site, ensuring safe systems of work prevail whilst work is being undertaken.</li><li>Maintain up to date inventory of plant and equipment using the IT system. &nbsp;</li><li>Provide auditable records/history of all planned and reactive maintenance.</li><li>Ensure all staff are competent to undertake tasks allocated and are fully conversant with maintenance and installation requirements, meeting statutory, mandatory and safety legislation.</li><li>Carry out first line management actions with respect to poor performance, attendance monitoring, discipline, accident reporting etc.</li><li>Ensure adequate supervision of staff, good discipline, attendance, time keeping and rostering. &nbsp;Care and utilisation of transport, tools, plant and equipment.</li><li>Maintain and provide a controlled stock of &ldquo;Key&rdquo; spares to ensure speedy response to plant defects to minimise cost and disruption to the business.</li><li>Act as COSS as required. Arrange isolation and permit to work requirements. &nbsp;Have on-call responsibility and drive a road motor vehicle.</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p id="isPasted">We are seeking an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in an engineering/Maintenance discipline. The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of electrical safety systems, including Permit to Work processes, and have underpinning knowledge of high voltage systems (desirable but not essential). We are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented <strong>Facilities &amp; Assets Team Organiser</strong> to support the operational management of the Assets and Facilities team.</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations within the team, maintaining accurate records, processing purchase orders and invoices, and supporting both project-based and routine activities across the EMR network.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>You will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate management of the Asset Management budget, maintaining master records, processing invoices, and supporting the administrative and operational functions of the Assets and Facilities team.
