The Opportunity

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals to join our Customer Service team at Skegness station for Summer 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of EMR during one of our busiest and most exciting seasons.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintaining a visible, proactive presence across the station
• Supporting, guiding and assisting customers throughout their journey
• Providing clear information and reassurance
• Delivering exceptional service at every interaction
