Working closely with senior leaders, unions and stakeholders, you&rsquo;ll influence meaningful change, ensuring our culture is inclusive, high-performing and aligned to our values.</p><p>From enacting our EDI strategy to developing leadership capability, you&rsquo;ll help create an environment where everyone can thrive and perform at their best.</p><p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be doing</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Leading the evolution and delivery of our EDI strategy, embedding an inclusive and equitable culture across the organisation&nbsp;</li><li>Acting as a thought leader on EDI ensuring our approach remains current, impactful and measurable&nbsp;</li><li>Partnering with senior stakeholders, unions and employee networks to drive a culture of respect and engagement brining culture change to life&nbsp;</li><li>Leading and supporting Employee Network Groups to deliver tangible outcomes&nbsp;</li><li>Designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes aligned to our leadership competencies&nbsp;</li><li>Driving continuous improvement through external accreditations (e.g. Top Employers, Inclusion Standards, Disability Confident)&nbsp;</li><li>Supporting the delivery of our annual performance management and talent development cycle to build leadership capability&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitating team development using tools such as Strength Deployment Inventory to enhance performance and collaboration&nbsp;</li><li>Using insight, data and feedback to evaluate impact and continuously improve &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>You&rsquo;re an experienced Organisation Development professional who brings energy, credibility and a genuine passion for inclusion and people development.</p><p>You&rsquo;ll also bring:</p><ul type="disc"><li>Proven experience delivering OD and EDI strategies that create measurable cultural change&nbsp;</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership&nbsp;</li><li>Experience designing and delivering leadership development, training and engagement initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent facilitation skills, able to create open, inclusive and engaging environments&nbsp;</li><li>A strong understanding of the EDI landscape and a curiosity to keep learning&nbsp;</li><li>The confidence to challenge thinking and drive meaningful change&nbsp;</li><li>Experience using tools such as Strength Deployment Inventory or similar (desirable)&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Professional Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD), or equivalent experience.</li></ul><p id="isPasted"><strong>As well as a competitive salary, we&rsquo;ll also offer you:</strong></p><ul><li>An excellent defined benefit pension scheme</li><li>32 days&rsquo; holiday per year, rising to 34 after 2 years</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Free standard leisure travel on the EMR network and Train Operating Companies under Transport UK &amp; LNER</li><li>75% discount on national leisure travel (inc partner and dependants)</li><li>Friends and Family discounted tickets on the EMR network</li><li>Various training opportunities</li><li>Employee benefits portal with access to generous discounts, Cycle 2 Work Scheme &hellip;and many more!</li></ul><p>EMR has a hybrid working policy which is applicable for this role. This is an operational office-based role at our Occupational Health &amp; Wellbeing Centre in Derby.</p><p>In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of a high-quality Occupational Health service by leading an efficient and effective administrative function.
