With over 2,600 employees, our people are the reason we are so successful, and our <strong>Crime and Security</strong> team make a crucial contribution to this.</p><p>10 times accredited as a Top Employer and Gold accredited for Inclusive Employers Standards, we value our people and are dedicated to making sure that everybody feels empowered to bring their authentic self to work.</p><p>EMR is committed to providing a safe, fair and reliable railway for our customers. &nbsp;We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused <strong>Prosecutions Administrator</strong> to support our Fraud and Prosecutions Team in tackling fare evasion and protecting revenue across the network.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing sensitive information and delivering excellent customer service.</p><p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be doing</strong></p><p>As a Prosecutions Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of prosecution and fraud case management processes in line with EMR policies and relevant legislation.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Accurately processing unpaid fares, penalty fares, parking charge notices and cautions onto the case management system</li><li>Managing incoming mail and issuing correspondence including reminder letters and notices</li><li>Handling telephone payments in accordance with EMR cash handling regulations</li><li>Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email</li><li>Liaising with legal teams regarding court hearings and prosecution cases</li><li>Processing penalty fare appeals and maintaining accurate databases</li><li>Managing scanning, filing and secure archiving of documentation</li><li>Providing administrative support to the Fraud Team and wider Revenue Protection teams</li><li>Taking confidential minutes for management meetings</li><li>Ensuring compliance with GDPR, EMR Safety Standards and sustainability commitments</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we&rsquo;re looking for</strong></p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for someone with:</p><ul type="disc"><li>Strong administrative experience</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>A professional and confident telephone manner</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong IT and data entry skills</li><li>The ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines under pressure</li><li>A high level of integrity and professionalism</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>A legal or prosecutions background would be advantageous but is not essential.</p><p><strong>Why join EMR?</strong></p><p>Fare evasion and travel fraud cost the rail industry millions each year.
