Compliance Manager to help drive operational excellence across our stations and travel centres.</p><p>In this key operational role, you&rsquo;ll work closely with Station Management Teams, Safety Business Partners, and Competency Assurance colleagues to monitor compliance, identify risks and trends, and implement practical solutions that improve safety, customer experience, and operational performance.</p><p>You&rsquo;ll play an important role in ensuring our stations operate safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards while supporting continuous improvement across the network.</p><p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be doing</strong></p><p>As Stations Governance &amp;
